Oscar 2013 Best & Worst Dressed

Every year we watch the Oscars to see the designer gowns that our favorite actors decide to wear, and every year there are those amazing jaw dropping gowns as well as the cringing ones. Lets face it we watch mainly for the Red Carpet.

Halle Berry looked absolutely stunning as well as powerful in Versac

Jennifer Hudson showed off that body with this form fitting gown. A favorite.

Charlize Theron, no one else can pull off short hair and such a dramatic gown. Beautiful

Honestly this looks like drapery not a gown. Difficult to look at

Jenna Dewan-Tatum makes pregnancy look sleek and sexy. Fan of the see through lace.

Samantha Barks classic, black, the plunging V suits her perfectly.

Jennifer Lawrence,Beautiful Dior gown, but not too sure she's the best for it. Still a top pick.

Amanda Seyfried looks innocent, yet sexy. Love this look for her and her body type.

Looks tight, she honestly looks uncomfortable, and it makes her body look deformed.Hannah Bagshawe

Beyoncé in Vogue

The Stunning Beyoncé states " I really understand the power of my body," during her Vogue interview. I think that all women should approach the matter of their figure in this manner. If not simply for our ability to carry and nurture human live within us. So learn from this icon and show off the power your body DOES posses.

Kardashian Family

The Kardashian family gets alot of critisim for Kim's sex tape and how and why they're famous. Recently an individual said "Kim and her family are only famous because she sucked dick." Now lets take a guess as to how many people have actually done said actions to become famous, and failed...a lot. There was a very specific strategy constructed by both Kim and Kris Kardashian, in my opinion it is extremely impressive.

This family acheived ultimate fame, last time I checked it is almost imposible to look on a magazine cover and not see a blurb on the infamous family at least.  They have made America and the world care, whether they are loved or hated they are always talked about.

So to all the Kardashian "Haters" out there, stop and think, those ladies are a lot smarter than anyone gives credit. No matter how they act on their show, what/who they get photographed doing, they have been and I guarantee will remain relevant in both the entertainment and business industry.

Lets all sit back and watch what happens next, because love or hate them most of us care!

Carly Rae Jepsen...Grammy? Seriously?

I think we can all agree that Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" is a fun song, but is it really Grammy worthy? No. The song is catchy yes, and yes the lyrical content is "cute" but that's it. The song itself is not all that great, nor is it impressive vocally.

This Grammy nomination just shows that the Grammy's have gone down significantly in quality. "Call me Maybe" is a cute song, but not in anyway worth a Grammy or any real substantial  recognition.

Beyoncé's Halftime Show for Superbowl 2013

Beyoncé's performance for the 2013 Superbowl halftime show was nothing short of extravagant. The light show in it of itself was more than stimulating to any crowd. To add in the dancing paired with her powerful voice left the viewers in awe. Every move so perfectly executed by herself as well as her dancers was riveting to watch.

For those complaining that she failed to 'sing all that much' how about you take a good look at what she was doing the whole time. If you can dance like that and simultaneously project your voice to her degree then you do truly belong up there with her, for i cannot name a single performer that works herself as well as her body to such an extent in order to entertain her audience.

Overall Beyoncé's halftime show for 2013 Superbowl amazed and exceeded all expectations, as well as reassured everyone that nothing can slow her down; not even giving birth. No matter if you like her music or not, there is no denying that her dedication paired with her talents will result in her passing in history as an iconic artist.

To all the aspiring artists, let Beyoncé be an example to follow, for she worked hard to get to the top and she damn well works hard to stay there.

Fashion as a Statement

Fashion is a statement, and a strong one at that. Though being individualistic is a statement at that, nothing beats the classic iconic looks.

There is a certain amount of courage that goes into the pursuit of an iconic style, knowing that once out in public you may be compared to idols such as Audrey Hepburn.  So dare to be daring, dare to be compared, for a new icon could be in the making.
